Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the Color Pop application (“Application”) collects, uses, and protects information. The Application was created by lhssol (“Service Provider”) and is provided as an ad-supported service, intended for use as is. The Application is available to users of all ages, including children. We take steps to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR, etc.).

Information We Collect

When you download and use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically or provided by you:

• Account and Profile Data (if you sign in with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center: display name, profile image, identifiers).
• Gameplay Data Scores, rankings and achievements.
• Device Information IP address, device type, operating system and app usage logs.
• In-App Purchases Purchase receipts processed by Google Play or Apple App Store (we never store payment details).
• No precise location data is collected But we display the country associated with your account or installation(for example, showing a flag on leaderboards)

How We Use Information

• Providing and improving gameplay features.
• Maintaining leaderboards and progress.
• Serving age-appropriate ads like Google AdMob, child-directed settings.
• Analytics, crash reporting and performance improvements.
• Legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Data Sharing

• Third-Party services Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. Each has its own privacy policy.
• Legal authorities if required by law.
• Trusted service providers who may process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

Data Retension

• Gameplay & Profile Data: Retained until you request deletion.
• Purchase Receipts & Security Logs: Retained for a limited period as required by law, then deleted.
• Other User Data: Deleted once no longer needed for the purpospes described.

Data Deletion

• User-Initiated Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Delete Account & Data page. If you signed in only with Apple Game Center, deletion must be completed inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data).
• Deleted Data: Includes account/profile information, gameplay history, scores, rankings, and any cloud-stored settings or save data.
• Processing Time: All deletion requests are processed within N business days, and confirmation is sent via email once complete.

Opt-Out Rights

• Uninstall: You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device or app marketplace.
• Marketing Communications: You may opt out of promotional messages by following unsubscribe instructions within the communication or by contacting us directly.

Family and Child Safety

• All-Ages Use: The Application is designed to be suitable for users of all ages, including children.
• Child-Directed Ads: Ads displayed in the Application comply with Google Play Families Policy and are age-appropriate.
• No Sensitive Data: The Application does not collect personal information such as photos, contacts, or precise location from children.
• Parental Rights: Parents or guardians may request review or deletion of their child’s data by contacting us at hansollee82@gmail.com.

Security

• Data Protection: We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data we process and maintain.
